We are delighted to introduce this second issue of the International Journal of English for Specific Purposes (IESP).  Under the umbrella of Academics Education (International Journals -   http://www.academics.education/ijesp/), this journal is an open-access journal with neither publication nor reading fees.  The volunteer team of reviewers has all moved to this platform given its ethical stance on fully peer-reviewed open access publishing.
